The activity licence of a packaging recovery organisation

The function of a recovery organisation is to organise the nationwide collection and recovery of packaging and packaging waste of packaging undertakings and to further develop the recovery system. A recovery organisation shall hold an activity licence issued by the Ministry of the Environment in the register of economic activities.回收组织（recovery organisation）的职能为统筹开展包装企业（packaging undertakings）所产生的包装材料及包装废弃物的全国性收集与回收工作，并进一步完善回收体系。回收组织须持有由环境部（Ministry of the Environment）在经济活动登记册中核发的经营活动许可证。
