The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has significantly transformed foreign language education, particularly in the field of English for Specific Purposes (ESP). One of the most important areas of ESP is English for IT, which requires students to develop professional communication skills, technical vocabulary, and digital literacy competencies. This thesis examines the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing English for IT instruction and analyzes the pedagogical benefits of AI-based tools in language learning environments. The study explores how AI technologies such as adaptive learning systems, chatbots, automated feedback tools, speech recognition systems, and intelligent tutoring platforms contribute to improving receptive and productive language skills. Furthermore, the paper discusses the challenges associated with excessive dependence on technology, ethical considerations, and the necessity of maintaining pedagogical balance in AI-assisted instruction. The findings demonstrate that AI technologies can significantly improve learner motivation, personalization, and language acquisition when integrated with appropriate teaching methodologies.
