该数据集记录了青海省全省竣工房屋面积，数据是按全省竣工房屋面积进行划分的。数据整理自青海省统计局发布的青海省统计年鉴。数据集包含3个数据表，分别为:
全省竣工房屋面积1996-1998年.xls，
全省竣工房屋面积1997-1999年.xls，
全省竣工房屋面积1997-2000年.xls。
数据表结构相同。例如全省竣工房屋面积1996-1998年数据表共有8个字段：
字段1：基本建设
字段2：更新改造
字段3：其他投资
字段4：房地产开发业
字段5：城镇集体
字段6：农村集体
字段7：城镇私人

This dataset records the completed housing area across Qinghai Province, with the data classified by the components of provincial completed housing area.
The data is compiled from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook issued by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
The dataset includes 3 data tables, namely:
"Completed Housing Area of Qinghai Province 1996-1998.xls",
"Completed Housing Area of Qinghai Province 1997-1999.xls",
"Completed Housing Area of Qinghai Province 1997-2000.xls".
