2020年全国中国两栖爬行类DNA条形码库

建立中国两栖类及蛇类物种DNA条形码参考数据库，搭建基于DNA条形码 “在线物种鉴定”平台，快速认知和准确鉴定中国两栖类及蛇类动物，为执法机构和科研单位提供科学免费的在线条形码鉴定系统来进行物种鉴定。有利于国家相关部门，如林业、海关、工商、检验检疫等在对国家重点保护野生动物的保护方面提供重要的技术支撑。为我国生物多样性保护与可持续发展和生态文明建设做出贡献。

This study aims to establish a reference DNA barcode database for amphibian and snake species in China, and develop an online species identification platform based on DNA barcodes. The platform enables rapid recognition and accurate identification of Chinese amphibians and snakes, providing law enforcement agencies and research institutions with a free, scientifically rigorous online barcode identification system for species identification. Moreover, it will provide important technical support for relevant national departments including forestry authorities, customs, industrial and commercial administrations, and entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities in the conservation of nationally protected wild animals, and contribute to China's biodiversity conservation, sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.
