Mitochondrial genome of three pattern elytra in Gallerucida nigropicta

Gallerucida nigropicta's three pattern elytra collected from Haba, Yunnan. There were extracted DNA using the Dneasy Blood & Tissue Kit (250) kit of QIAGEN according to the operation manual, purity and concentration detected by NanoDrop 2000, the extract was sent to Beijing Berry Genomics for high-throughput sequencing. A separate library was built for resequencing samples, and sequencing was performed based on Illumina NovaSep 6000 sequencing platform. The sequencing depth was 6G. After get raw data from company, the low quality sequences were filtered through Trimmomatic 0.38.jar, and then the available sequences were extracted by comparing with the reference library in the laboratory. After that, Spades 3.13.0 was used to assemble the sequence. The three completed mitochondrial genome were taken related species Gallerucida bifascita as a reference sequence, were annotated to use Geneious Prime software, such as the coding and non-coding regions were compared and annotated, the start and stop codon positions of the genes were corrected. Finally, created three Gallerucida nigropicta annotated mitochondrial genome.
