This study addresses the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on organizational commitment among academic staff in Syrian higher education institutions, with a specific focus on the moderating role of Perceived Organizational Support (POS). The study contributes to behavioral science by examining how institutional behaviors—through ethical, legal, and philanthropic responsibilities—affect employee attitudes and engagement.
