This folder contains the fasta files used to create the figures in our manuscript titled: Host specificity of Symbiodinium variants revealed by an ITS2 metahaplotype approach.
Full description of the processing of reads is provided in detail in the Supplementary Information of the manuscript.
Each file contains the sequences for a single individual and a single marker (see sample.key).
Individuals were subsampled to 4500 and 2000 sequences for the ITS2 and psbAncr markers respectively.
