The average length of valid tags is distributed between 234.8 and 234.94 bp, and the number of OTUs in each sample is distributed between 1547 and 2084.Differential statistics of project samples, ANOVA algorithm: the number of different OTUs is 496, the number of different genera is 71, the number of different phyla is 9; Kruskal Wallis algorithm: the number of different OTU is 536, the number of different genera 72, the number of different phyla 10.If there are biological replicates in the group, figures will be attached at the group level.
