Arabidopsis thaliana Landsberg erecta seeds at different maturation stages harvested from plants grown at two different temperatures (16C or 22C) from the moment of visual bolting onwards.The goal of this study is to unravel genes involved in the temperature-dependent regulation of seed maturation and in the temperature-dependent acquisition of seed dormancy.
