GSPB Prokarya Catalogue

Except for a small number of saprophytes, the collection consists of phytopathogenic bacteria - at present about 3000 strains. The strains belong to 166 different species, subspecies or pathovars of all currently known phytopathogenic bacterial genera.

除少量腐生菌外，本数据集所收录的均为植物病原细菌，目前共计约3000株。所有菌株隶属于当前所有已知植物病原细菌属下的166个不同物种、亚种或致病变种（pathovar）。
