Phytolacca americana Raw sequence reads

This study, focusing on the genetic and epigenetic diversity of Phytolacca americana, an invasive plant species in China, adopts Genotyping-by-Sequencing (GBS) and epigenetic GBS (epiGBS) approaches across 15 geographically distinct locations. The dataset obtained offers insights into the mechanisms behind the successful invasion and adaptation of P. americana in diverse environments, which is significant for understanding plant evolution and invasive species management.
