To elucidate the transcriptomic mechanisms underlying the antitumor activity of SJ25, we performed RNA sequencing on colorectal cancer (CRC) cells HCT16 treated with SJ25 or vehicle control. This analysis aimed to:Identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and enriched pathways modulated by SJ25, particularly focusing on its dual inhibition of the EGFR/Raf/MEK/ERK pathway.
