本项目拟产生的卫星关键部件带女性故障模拟数据集于2022年5月至2025年5月在深圳、北京采集。所采用的仪器设备包括:加速度传感器测力台、力传感器、采集卡及滚动轴承、制冷机、控制力矩陀螺。根据地面模拟装置的性能特点和所要采集故障数据的类型,选择高精度、高可靠性的传感器。在传感器安装过程中,严格按照制造商提供的安装手册进行操作。对传感器进行校准和标定,使用标准校准设备和方法,对每个传感器进行逐个校准,确保其测量精度符合要求。校准记录保存完整,以便后续数据追溯和质量评估。对不同工况情况下的正常、异常数据进行合理的采集。本数据集包含滚动轴承、制冷机及控制力矩陀螺在不同健康状态、不同工况下的实测数据。滚动轴承数据包括内圈故障、外圈故障、滚动体故障和正常状态下的数据;制冷机数据包括正常状态和干扰+松动状态下的数据;控制力矩陀螺数据包括滚子不平衡、不对中、转动部件正常状态和故障状态下的数据。以上数据采用振动传感器、测力台、力传感器和对应的采集卡采集得到。将采集得到的数据进行时域和频域分析,确保采集得到的数据准确、可靠,满足项目要求。
This fault simulation dataset for satellite key components, to be generated by this project, will be collected in Shenzhen and Beijing from May 2022 to May 2025. The instruments and equipment used include acceleration sensor-based force platforms, force sensors, and data acquisition cards; the tested components are rolling bearings, cryogenic coolers, and control moment gyroscopes. High-precision and high-reliability sensors were selected based on the performance characteristics of the ground simulation device and the target types of fault data. During sensor installation, operations were strictly performed in accordance with the manufacturer's provided installation manual. Each sensor was individually calibrated and verified using standard calibration equipment and methods to ensure its measurement accuracy meets the project requirements. Complete calibration records are retained for subsequent data traceability and quality evaluation. Reasonable collection of normal and abnormal data under various working conditions was conducted. This dataset includes measured data of rolling bearings, cryogenic coolers, and control moment gyroscopes under different health states and working conditions. Specifically, the rolling bearing dataset covers data from inner race faults, outer race faults, rolling element faults, and normal states; the cryogenic cooler dataset includes data from normal states and interference + loosening states; the control moment gyroscope dataset covers data from roller unbalance, misalignment, normal rotating component states, and fault states. The aforementioned data were collected using vibration sensors, force platforms, force sensors, and corresponding data acquisition cards. Post-collection, time-domain and frequency-domain analyses were performed on the collected data to ensure their accuracy and reliability, thus meeting the project requirements.
