THE ORIGINS AND FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF FUTURISM IN LITERATURE

Futurism emerged in the early twentieth century as one of the most radical avant-garde movements in art and literature. It rejected traditional aesthetic norms and celebrated speed, technological progress, industrial development, and the transformation of modern society. The purpose of this article is to analyze the historical origins and theoretical principles of Futurism in literature. The research applies historical, analytical, and comparative methods to examine the emergence of Futurism and its aesthetic foundations. The results demonstrate that Futurism developed as a cultural response to modernization and technological change. The movement introduced innovative literary techniques, experimental language structures, and a new perception of artistic expression focused on dynamism and modernity. The study concludes that Futurism played a significant role in shaping modern literary discourse and influenced later avant-garde movements.
