We used RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) to analyze gene expression in CRC cells treated with GTEA1 and GTEA7. We then validated these findings at the protein level using Western blotting and immunofluorescence. Finally, we performed migration and invasion assays for further validation. CRC cell line HCT116 was treated by GTE-A1 and GTE-A7 for 48 h and then performed RNA-Sequencing (RNA-Seq) by sequencing company.
