ZDNA Database (November 2025 Update)

This record contains the updated version of the ZDNA Database (November 2025 update). It includes newly added sequences and corrected annotations compared to the previous release. The database is split into 5 parts due to Zenodo upload size limits (10 GB each). Please download all 5 parts to reconstruct the full dataset. Main archive parts:- zdnadatabase.part1.rar- zdnadatabase.part2.rar- zdnadatabase.part3.rar- zdnadatabase.part4.rar- zdnadatabase.part5.rar (available in a supplementary record) To extract the full database, place all five parts in the same folder and use any standard unarchiving tool (e.g., WinRAR, 7-Zip).
