Single cell RNAseq analysis was employed to compare CD8 T cells generated in vaccinated LNs normally expressing or deficient in DC ICAM-1. OT-1 CD8 cells were isolated from control (2 mice) or DC-specific ICAM-1 KO (2 mice) 72 hr after vaccination with aDEC205-OVA plus aCD40 (samples 1-4) or with MVA:OVA (samples 5-8). Samples were processed for scRNA-seq analysis on hashed-tagged single channel of 10x genomics
