Buildings This Buildings dataset is in the scope of the EU Open Data Directive Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/138. Their geographical coverage includes single or multiple datasets covering the entire Member State when combined. The key attributes are Unique identifier; Geometry (footprint of the building); Number of floors; Type of use. Geospatial thematic category of high-value data (HVD) The European Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/138 of 21 December 2022 lays down a list of specific high-value datasets and the arrangements for their publication and re-use through the EU Open Data Directive (i.e., the Implementation Act https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=celex%3A32023R0138). The Geospatial thematic category includes datasets within the scope of the INSPIRE data themes as defined in Annex I to Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. HVD within scope of INSPIRE This layer implements streamlined INSPIRE data according to the INSPIRE rules for Alternative Encoding.
