Agricultural crops declared annually by farmers to benefit from CAP aid, anonymised. These are all declared islands located in the geographical department. An island is a set of crop plots: — contiguous, whole or partial, bearing one or more crops, harvested by the declarant; — limited by easily identifiable and permanent elements, such as a road, a road, a creek.. or by other holdings; — stable from year to year.The data are the reporting data of farmers. The anonymised Graphic Parcellar Register consists of all the crop islands geolocated by the registrants themselves (on an orthophotographic background provided) during the annual “CAP declarations” campaign launched in the spring throughout France (excluding Guyana and Guadeloupe). They serve as the legal basis for the Agency for Services and Payments (ASP) to determine the amount of various direct aids to farmers.本数据集为申领共同农业政策（Common Agricultural Policy，CAP）补贴而由农户每年申报的农作物信息，已完成匿名化处理。所有申报的作物地块群均隶属于对应地理行政省。 作物地块群指由若干地块组成的集合，需满足以下条件： — 地块相连，可完整或部分覆盖，种植有一种或多种农作物，且由申报者负责收获； — 边界由易于识别且固定的要素划定，例如道路、溪流等自然地貌，或其他农户经营地块； — 各年度边界保持稳定。 本数据集的核心数据均来自农户的申报信息。 匿名化地块图形登记册（Graphic Parcellar Register）包含所有由申报者自行完成地理定位的作物地块群数据，申报工作依托官方提供的正射影像底图开展。相关年度共同农业政策申报活动于春季在法国全境（圭亚那、瓜德罗普除外）启动。 该登记册可作为法国服务与支付局（Agency for Services and Payments，ASP）核定农户各类直接补贴金额的法定依据。
