Three special basketball athletes were recruited for a randomized, self-controlled crossover experimental study. Participants were first instructed to perform the Bench Press Throw (BPT) test (2 sets, 30 repetitions per set at 1% of 4RM, lasting 140 minutes), with the obtained results serving as the pre-test data. After completing the pre-test BPT (with a recorded value of 140 mmHg), four intervention modes were applied: rapid stretch complex training combined with pressure stimulation and seated position, and other relevant conditions (the data marked as <> mmHg was incomplete). Then the BPT test was conducted again as the post-test assessment. An intelligent tracking sensor (Vmaxpro) was utilized to record the PP, PV, MP and MV values of upper limb explosive force during the BPT tests, aiming to evaluate the upper limb activation status of basketball athletes at different time points after activation.
