Effective March 11, 2025, members of the City’s Boards and Commissioners are no longer required to file quarterly statements of disclosure with the City. Members of the following Boards and Commissions are still required to file an annual Statement of Economic Interest with the Kane County Clerk in accordance with the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act. • Planning and Zoning Commission • Aurora Preservation Commission • Civil Service Commission • Firefighters’ Pension Fund • Fox Walk Overlay District Design Review Committee • Police Pension Board • Retiree Health Insurance Trust Fund Board City Board, Commission and Councils may be found here: https://www.aurora.il.us/Government-and-Engagement/Boards-and-Commissions To view the individual member’s annual economic disclosure filings, please visit the Kane County Clerk’s website at: https://kaneeis.countyofkane.org/SEIOnline/PublicSearch/LoginMaster.aspx. Because Aurora City Hall is located in Kane County, all disclosures required by the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act must be filed with the Kane County Clerk, regardless of where the filer resides.
