我们采用具有动量分辨能力的2D-HREELS 实验装置研究了单层FeSe/SrTiO3 界面极化子的相互作用与超导增强机制,界面极化子主要来源于FeSe中的电子通过SrTiO3衬底F-K声子产生的极化场发生的非绝热的电子-声子相互作用。此研究主要测量了体系的表面声子和等离激元色散及其随温度的变化,并重点分析了其中的界面电子-声子相互作用。数据量约为770 MB。
We employed a momentum-resolved 2D high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (2D-HREELS) experimental setup to investigate the interactions of interfacial polarons and the superconducting enhancement mechanism in single-layer FeSe/SrTiO3 interfaces. The interfacial polarons mainly originate from the nonadiabatic electron-phonon interactions of electrons in FeSe via the polarization field induced by F-K phonons in the SrTiO3 substrate. This study primarily measured the surface phonon and plasmon dispersions of the system and their temperature-dependent evolutions, with a focused analysis on the interfacial electron-phonon interactions involved. The total data volume is approximately 770 MB.
