TT Circuit (Environmental Vision 2014) (history)

TT Circuit adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 2 July 2014.The TT circuit in Assen is economic, recreational, sporty and from an employment perspective of great importance. However, the circuit is located in an environment that also knows its interests: nature reserve Witterveld, villages and residential areas, as well as recreational facilities such as campsites. It is important to reconcile all interests in a balanced manner. For this reason, in close cooperation with the municipality of Assen, the province concluded an agreement with all parties involved in 2012 with an integral vision with corresponding implementation programme axis for the TT circuit and its environment. TT赛道（TT Circuit）于2014年7月2日由德伦特省省议会（Provincial Staten van Drenthe）正式通过。阿森（Assen）的TT赛道兼具经济价值、休闲属性与运动属性，且对当地就业具有举足轻重的意义。但该赛道坐落的区域同时存在多方权益诉求主体：包括维特菲尔德（Witterveld）自然保护区、多个村庄与居民区，以及露营地等休闲配套设施。以平衡方式协调各方利益至关重要。为此，2012年，该省与阿森市政府（municipality of Assen）紧密协作，与所有相关方达成协议，确立了针对TT赛道及其周边环境的整体愿景与配套实施规划路径。相关内容详见图1：愿景；图4：稳健的社会经济体系。
