Dynamic Team Orienteering Problem (DTOP) Benchmark Instances

The benchmark instances were created for the accepted article by Kirac, E., Milburn, A. B., & Gedik, R. (2025), titled The Dynamic Team Orienteering Problem, published in the European Journal of Operational Research. These benchmark instances consist of 7 datasets, each featuring three levels of dynamism: Weak, Moderate, and High. In total, 1,161 benchmark instances are introduced. For the Dynamic Team Orienteering Problem (DTOP), test problems were adapted from the Team Orienteering Problem (TOP) benchmark instances originally developed by Chao et al. (1996).
