Surveillance of infectious diseases in animals and humans is the annual report describing the surveillance activities carried out in Sweden during the year. The report covers surveillance for important animal diseases and zoonotic agents in humans, food, feed and animals, carried out and compiled by experts from several Swedish governmental agencies, university and private industry with surveillance mandates along the entire food chain, from farm to fork.本报告为《动物与人类传染病监测》年度报告，详述瑞典当年度开展的各类监测活动。报告涵盖针对重要动物疫病，以及人类、食品、饲料与动物体内的人畜共患病原体（zoonotic agents）的监测工作；相关监测由瑞典多家政府机构、高校及私营企业的专家牵头开展并编撰，各参与方均具备覆盖从农场到餐桌的全食品链的监测法定权限。
