Gene expression of hepatocyte-specific Mcl-1 ko mice

Gene expression from livers of knock-out, hemizygous and wild-type mice at the age of 8 and 12 months. Including tumor and non-tumor tissue of the same animals. AlbCre negative littermates were used as wild type controls. The hepatic gene expression of mice carrying a hepatocyte specific deletion of the anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1 was analyzed at various age. Expression was compared between knock-out, hemizygous and wild-type littermates as well as between tumor and corresponding non-tumor tissue.本数据集包含8月龄与12月龄基因敲除（knock-out）、半合子（hemizygous）及野生型（wild-type）小鼠的肝脏基因表达数据，同时涵盖同组动物的肿瘤组织与配对非肿瘤组织样本。本研究以AlbCre阴性同窝仔鼠作为野生型对照，对携带肝细胞特异性敲除抗凋亡蛋白Mcl-1的小鼠在不同年龄阶段的肝脏基因表达进行了分析，并比较了基因敲除、半合子与野生型同窝仔鼠之间，以及肿瘤组织与对应非肿瘤组织之间的基因表达水平差异。
