Data Results from Photothermal Therapy Computational Simulations

These data pertain to the results presented in the manuscript entitled: "Modeling for realistic prediction in photothermal therapy: validation using data from real interstitial laser therapy for breast cancer." Validation of computed data was achieved by comparison with experimental data from the literature. Computational data results are shared here in a compressed file named DataResults.zip, which includes all computational results (in *.m format) that were analyzed to select the results presented in the manuscript. Additionally, it contains some scripts specifically written to help with plotting.
