La musica, "folle amore che soffia il vento". Pier Paolo Pasolini e la musica: da Bach alle canzoni

Pasolini's work, for fifty years, has stimulated debates and offered ideas for different and new research perspectives. Musicology is also attracted by his "musical thought" which was defined even before arriving at the cinema. The intervention aims to demonstrate Pasolini's interest in musical language and in the effectiveness and communicative immediacy of this art which will guide and be an integral part of all literary and cinematographic production. Starting from reflections on the expressive capabilities of music to reach the listening of "sound novels", popular songs, popular music, and classical music, especially the work of Bach.
