资源简介:
The insulin/IGF-1 signaling (IIS) pathway regulates C. elegans memory, but whether IIS maintenance of memory is solely autonomous to neurons is unknown. In this study, we found that hypodermal IIS regulates memory and cognitive aging non-autonomously. To understand the mechanisms of this non-autonomous memory regulation, we identified transcriptomic alterations in whole worms and in individual neurons by bulk RNA sequencing and single nuclei RNA sequencing. Here, we deposit the bulk RNAseq sequences for whole worms and snSeq sequences for worm neurons with and without hypodermal DAF-2 degradation.
