Effect of electron donor and electron acceptor amendment on micropollutant biodegradation in 1D simulated aquifers. amendment_micropollutant_biodegradation_aquifer

This study investigated micropollutant removal in 1D simulated aquifers following amendment with different electron donors and oxygen concentrations. Temporal changes of the microbial communities were followed. For this, sequencing of 16S rRNA gene amplicons using primers 515F and 926R on Illumina Miseq (2x300 bp PE) was performed. The resulting raw sequence data have been deposited in this project.
