1980-2017年中国太湖、滇池、巢湖、长江、黄河、辽河、珠江、松花江流域浮游动物整编数据集

在数据库Web of Science (http://apps.webofknowledge.com/)、中国知网 (http://www.cnki.net/)、万方数据 (http://g.wanfangdata.com.cn)官网上以caj或者PDF格式，下载收集了自1980年至2017年的太湖、滇池、巢湖、辽河、长江、黄河、珠江和松花江等8个重点流域浮游动物物种、群落结构和生物多样性的相关文献。参考项目组编制的《水质基准数据整编技术规范 第4部分：水生生物物种》,主要采取人工判读的方式，筛选相关数据结构，形成规范的数据报表模板,规范化了定制电子表格形式，数据整编主要以excel表格形式呈现。数据结构主要包括生物物种基础信息，主要为物种分类信息（到种级分类单元）、数量特征-出现频率、数量特征-密度、数量特征-生物量、优势种、食性特征、敏感特征、分布区域；采集信息，包括研究区域、采集时间、采集工具；参考资料信息，主要包括资料类型、资料名称、作者信息、来源时间、期刊发表的卷/期/页码信息。8个流域共记录浮游动物物种调查信息616条记录。

Literatures related to zooplankton species, community structure and biodiversity in eight key river basins (Taihu Lake, Dianchi Lake, Chaohu Lake, Liao River, Yangtze River, Yellow River, Pearl River and Songhua River) from 1980 to 2017 were collected and downloaded in CAJ or PDF format from the official websites of Web of Science (http://apps.webofknowledge.com/), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI, http://www.cnki.net/) and Wanfang Data (http://g.wanfangdata.com.cn). Referring to the *Technical Specifications for Compilation of Water Quality Benchmark Data – Part 4: Aquatic Organism Species* compiled by the research team, manual interpretation was mainly adopted to screen relevant data structures, formulate standardized data report templates and standardize custom spreadsheet formats. The compiled data is primarily presented in Excel tables. The data structure mainly includes three parts: 1) Basic biological species information: species classification information (down to the species-level taxon), quantitative characteristics including occurrence frequency, density and biomass, dominant species, feeding characteristics, sensitivity characteristics and distribution area; 2) Sampling information: research area, sampling time and sampling tools; 3) Reference information: document type, document title, author information, publication year, volume, issue and page numbers of journal publications. A total of 616 zooplankton species survey records were documented across the eight river basins.
