Consulting Portfolio

This is a management consulting assignment for a client. Observation and interview sessions were conducted with client Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at client's facility to understand the nature of client's business for potential solutions to its operating and marketing challenges.The outcome of the meetings and client's consent were used to develop a consulting report that captured client's problem brief and solutions.
