To investigate the transcriptional changes within tumor cell and macrophage neighborhoods of HCC, we performed spatially resolved transcriptomics using Nanostring GeoMx. We separately quantified the expression of 1812 genes within tumor-cell (pan CK+ve, CD45-/CD68-) and macrophage (pan CK-ve, CD45+/CD68+) areas of interest (AOIs). A total of 105 AOIs (macrophage (n=53) and epithelial (n=52) AOIs are included. We have uploaded the normalized expression profile of all the genes along with the sample annotation.
