资源简介:
B lymphocytes are emerging as abundant cellular components in various tumors; however, the mechanisms underlying their tumor-infiltration and their subsequent action remain to be extensively elucidated. In the present study, using a murine model of primary colorectal cancer (CRC), we found that deficiency of the small non-coding RNA cluster, microRNA15a/16-1 (miR-15a/16-1), promoted the accumulation of immunosuppressive B cells in neoplastic tissues, resulting in the repression of the proliferation and function of CD8+ T cells, and in the promotion of CRC. Overall design: Colorectal miRNA profiles of healthy mice and CRC mice were generated by sequencing.
