This dataset contains survey and academic achievement data from 421 Dutch primary school students (aged 8–12) examining the relationship between growth mindset beliefs, intrinsic motivation, mindset-related behaviours, and achievement in mathematics and language. Measures include questionnaires on mindset beliefs, intrinsic motivation, and five behaviours (embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, effort, help-seeking, and self-monitoring), combined with standardized test scores. The dataset supports research on behavioural and motivational pathways linking growth mindset to academic performance across domains.
