复合沙障治理流沙技术是利用黄柳、踏郎、沙柳等沙生植物,采取科学的选条、截梢等方法,合理的埋深、间距、规格及严密的组织管理等措施扦插灌木生物沙障、用柴草或作物秸杆等埋设机械沙障,结合封育快速恢复植被的一项治沙技术。该项研究,首次对植物种类、种条年令、埋条深度、沙障高度、保湿措施、网格规格都进行了大量的对比试验,成功地解决了治沙造林中的多项技术难关,突破性地探索出了最佳的治理模式和指标,为流动沙地的治理提供了科学依据。该项研究科学地应用了生物适应策略,把生物沙障和机械沙障、生物措施和封育措施,生态效益和经济效益进行科学的结合,形成了一个多功能、稳定的治理流动沙丘的网络体系,创建了一套迅速进行流动沙丘固定的成熟技术。实现了一次治理、一次成型、一次固定的治沙效果,在技术方面及管理方面都有较科学的创新,并取得了显著的效果。是一种防治速度快、效果好、操作简便易行、成本低的治理流动、半流动沙地的治沙技术。专家组认为该项研究为我国同类地区建成了持续、高效、稳定的生态经济型防沙治沙模式,是我国防沙治沙技术研究的一个新发展,此项研究居国内同类研究的领先水平。
The technology for controlling shifting sand with comprehensive sand barriers is a sand control technology that utilizes psammophytes such as Salix gordejevii, Hedysarum scoparium and Salix psammophila, adopts measures including scientific branch selection, tip cutting, reasonable burial depth, spacing, specifications and strict organizational management, to establish shrub bio-sand barriers via cuttage, embed mechanical sand barriers with firewood or crop straws, and combine with enclosure to rapidly restore vegetation. This research, for the first time, conducted a large number of comparative experiments on plant species, cutting shoot age, cutting burial depth, sand barrier height, moisture retention measures and grid specifications, successfully solved multiple technical difficulties in sand control afforestation, and breakthroughly explored the optimal control mode and indicators, providing scientific basis for the management of shifting sandy lands. This research scientifically applied biological adaptation strategies, scientifically integrated bio-sand barriers and mechanical sand barriers, biological measures and enclosure measures, as well as ecological benefits and economic benefits, forming a multi-functional and stable network system for controlling shifting sand dunes, and established a set of mature technologies for rapidly fixing shifting sand dunes. It achieved the sand control effect of "one-time treatment, one-time formation and one-time fixation", with relatively scientific innovations in both technology and management, and achieved remarkable results. It is a sand control technology for shifting and semi-shifting sandy lands with advantages of fast prevention and control speed, good effect, simple and easy operation and low cost. The expert group believed that this research has established a sustainable, efficient and stable eco-economic sand prevention and control mode for similar regions in China, representing a new development in the research of sand prevention and control technologies in China, and this research ranks at the leading level among domestic similar studies.
