提供的未来3天逐3、6、12小时骑行气象指数数据,覆盖安吉的72个网格格点,每天两次滚动发布。这些数据基于精细化的网格预报技术,能够为用户提供基于位置的高分辨率骑行气象指数信息。用户调用后可根据实际位置匹配最近网格等方法直接使用。这些数据可以用于提升骑行体验、保障骑行安全、优化旅游管理等方面。我们自动提取安吉范围智能网格逐3、6、12小时客观预报产品,建立气象要素与骑行气象指数的多元线性统计关系,结合骑行气象指数算法和规则本地化后自动生成逐3、6、12小时骑行气象指数智能网格客观预报产品。选取天气状况、舒适度BCMI、空气质量指数AQI、风力、紫外线、气象灾害构建骑行气象指数,将各气象因子按对骑行活动的影响程度进行分级,以其中影响等级最高值作为骑行气象指数。一级为非常适宜骑行,天气状况为晴或多云,风力0-1级;BCMI为5级,AQI为1级,紫外线弱;二级为适宜骑行,天气状况为阴,风力2-3级;BCMI为4、6级,AQI为2级,紫外线中等;三级为较适宜骑行,天气状况为微量降水,风力4-5级;BCMI为3、7级,AQI为3级,紫外线强;四级为不太适宜骑行,天气状况为小到中雨(雨夹雪、雪),风力6级;BCMI为2、8级,AQI为4级,紫外线很强;五级为不适宜骑行,天气状况为大雨(雨夹雪、雪)以上,风力7级;BCMI为1、9、10级,AQI为5、6级,紫外线极强。气象灾害分级:发布台风(蓝色)、霾(黄/橙色)、大风(黄色)、大雾(橙色)、雷电(黄色)、高温(橙色)气象灾害预警信号时,等级为4;发布道路结冰(黄/橙/红色)、台风(黄/橙/红色)、暴雨(蓝/黄/橙/红色)、暴雪(蓝/黄/橙/红色)、霾(红色)、大风(橙/红色)、大雾(红色)、雷电(橙/红色)、高温(红色)、冰雹(橙/红色)气象灾害预警信号时,等级为5;当景区出现地质灾害等次生灾害时,等级为5。其中的舒适度BCMI计算公式为:BCMI=(1.8TC+32)-0.55(1-RH)(1.8TC-26)-3.2√V。式中,BCMI为人体舒适度气象指数(无量纲)、TC为气温(℃)、RH为相对湿度(%)、V为风速(m/s)。BCMI分级标准分别为:1级,BCMI范围0-25;2级,BCMI范围26-38;3级,BCMI范围39-50;4级,BCMI范围51-58;5级,BCMI范围59-70;6级,BCMI范围71-75;7级,BCMI范围76-79;8级,BCMI范围80-85;9级,BCMI范围86-89;10级,BCMI≥90。

This dataset provides 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour interval cycling meteorological index data for the next 3 days, covering 72 grid points in Anji, with two rolling releases per day. Based on refined grid forecasting technology, this dataset offers location-based high-resolution cycling meteorological index information for users. Users can directly use the data by matching their actual location to the nearest grid point after calling the service. This data can be used to enhance cycling experience, ensure riding safety, optimize tourism management, and other related scenarios. We automatically extract 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour interval objective forecast products of smart grids within the Anji area, establish a multiple linear statistical relationship between meteorological elements and cycling meteorological indexes, and automatically generate 3-hour, 6-hour, and 12-hour interval cycling meteorological index smart grid objective forecast products after localizing the cycling meteorological index algorithm and rules. The cycling meteorological index is constructed by selecting weather conditions, BCMI (Body Comfort Meteorological Index), AQI (Air Quality Index), wind force, ultraviolet rays, and meteorological disasters. Each meteorological factor is graded according to its impact on cycling activities, and the highest impact grade among them is taken as the final cycling meteorological index. Level 1: Very suitable for cycling. Weather conditions are sunny or cloudy, wind force 0-1 level; BCMI is level 5, AQI is level 1, ultraviolet rays are weak. Level 2: Suitable for cycling. Weather conditions are overcast, wind force 2-3 level; BCMI is level 4 or 6, AQI is level 2, ultraviolet rays are moderate. Level 3: Relatively suitable for cycling. Weather conditions have trace precipitation, wind force 4-5 level; BCMI is level 3 or 7, AQI is level 3, ultraviolet rays are strong. Level 4: Less suitable for cycling. Weather conditions are light to moderate rain (sleet, snow), wind force 6 level; BCMI is level 2 or 8, AQI is level 4, ultraviolet rays are very strong. Level 5: Unsuitable for cycling. Weather conditions are heavy rain (sleet, snow) or above, wind force 7 level; BCMI is level 1, 9, or 10, AQI is level 5 or 6, ultraviolet rays are extremely strong. Meteorological disaster grading: 1. When typhoon (blue), haze (yellow/orange), strong wind (yellow), heavy fog (orange), lightning (yellow), high temperature (orange) meteorological disaster warning signals are issued, the grade is 4. 2. When road icing (yellow/orange/red), typhoon (yellow/orange/red), heavy rain (blue/yellow/orange/red), snowstorm (blue/yellow/orange/red), haze (red), strong wind (orange/red), heavy fog (red), lightning (orange/red), high temperature (red), hail (orange/red) meteorological disaster warning signals are issued, the grade is 5. 3. When secondary disasters such as geological disasters occur in scenic spots, the grade is 5. The calculation formula of BCMI is: BCMI = (1.8TC + 32) - 0.55(1-RH)(1.8TC - 26) - 3.2√V. Where BCMI is the Body Comfort Meteorological Index (dimensionless), TC is air temperature (℃), RH is relative humidity (%), and V is wind speed (m/s).
