资源简介：
We performed single nuclei RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) with matched T cell receptor sequencing (TCR-seq), and pool matched low pass whole genome sequencing (WGS) of 12 treatment-naïve non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) primary tumors (PTs) and 31 treatment-naïve NSCLC brain metastases (BMs) . In total, we recovered 277,206 cell transcriptomes in 43 samples. Pool matched lp-WGS was performed in addtion to single-nuclei RNA sequencing of 277,206 cells from 12 treatment-naïve non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) primary tumors and 31 treatment-naïve NSCLC brain metastases (BMs).Together, this data served to improve the identification of the malignant and non-malignant cell compartments. *** submitter declares that the raw data will be deposited in dbGap ***
