This dataset provides comprehensive input parameters essential for the parameterization of the Hi-sAFe agroforestry model, enabling accurate simulations of tree-crop interactions under varying environmental and management scenarios. It includes detailed site description data, such as geographical coordinates, altitude, and slope, which are crucial for defining the study area's physical context. The soil description sheet outlines fundamental soil properties, including texture, pH, organic matter, and depth, while the advanced soil description adds specialized parameters like hydraulic conductivity and field capacity for more refined modeling. Crop rotation details the sequence, variety, and management of crops, complemented by crop technical management data, which includes irrigation, fertilization, and pest control practices. The tree initialization and tree management sheets specify tree species parameters, planting density, pruning schedules, and root dynamics. Additionally, weather data provides meteorological inputs like temperature, rainfall, and radiation to drive simulations. For model customization, the dataset includes new tree species characteristics, as well as the essential .pld and .tree files required for initializing crop and tree data in Hi-sAFe.
