过筛率是检验钙粉类产品的一个重要指标,本数据对不同类型钙粉的过筛率进行检测计算,通过检测结果分析判断产品质量高低,判断生产设备磨粉机的工作情况,以便把控产品质量,且过筛率是否达标还可为设备维修做出预测,为消费者选择提供依据。过筛率为在给定的时间内物料通过筛子的量,以装料量的百分比表示,收集样本的检验次数、过筛率、合格次数等数据;对每批产品进行多次过筛率检验,以减小误差,提高数据的可靠性,记录检验合格次数,合格率=合格次数/检验次数,合格率为100%时判定本批次产品合格,合格率<100%时判定本批次产品为不合格,需要进一步加工处理。通过钙粉过筛率检测不仅可以保证产品质量,为消费者选择提供依据,还可以为企业是否需要维修生产设备做初步判断。
Sieve passage rate is a critical indicator for quality inspection of calcium powder products. This dataset detects and calculates the sieve passage rates of different types of calcium powder, analyzes product quality and the operating status of the production grinding mill based on the test results, so as to control product quality. Additionally, whether the sieve passage rate meets standards can predict the need for equipment maintenance and provide a reference for consumers' purchasing decisions. Sieve passage rate refers to the quantity of material passing through a sieve within a specified time period, expressed as a percentage of the total volume of charged material. Data such as the number of tests per sample, sieve passage rate, and number of qualified test instances are collected. Multiple sieve passage rate tests are conducted for each batch of products to reduce errors and improve data reliability. The number of qualified tests is recorded, and the pass rate is calculated as (number of qualified tests / total number of tests). A batch is judged as qualified when the pass rate reaches 100%, and unqualified when the pass rate is less than 100%, requiring further processing. Calcium powder sieve passage rate testing not only ensures product quality and provides a reference for consumers' purchasing decisions, but also enables enterprises to make preliminary judgments on whether maintenance of production equipment is required.
