Complete genome sequence of Staphylococcus condimenti isolated from a port catheter-associated bloodstream infection.

Here, we describe the complete genome sequence of a Staphylococcus condimenti isolate grown from independent blood cultures and an explanted port catheter system during a catheter related blood stream infection in a male patient.
