Raw Data_ The Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences, Social Support, and Resilience on Anxiety and Depression in Adolescents

The dataset, "Raw Data_ The Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences, Social Support, and Resilience on Anxiety and Depression in Adolescents", were collected from five middle schools via Questionnaire Star (www.wjx.cn) between January 2 and March 5, 2025. After excluding invalid responses based on attention checks and response time, a total of 864 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study examined how adverse childhood experiences influence adolescents' anxiety and depression through the mediating role of resilience and the moderating role of social support. By clarifying these pathways, the study deepens the understanding of individuals' varied responses to early adversity and highlights the differential effects of social support. This dataset offers valuable insights for developing targeted mental health interventions.
