资源简介:
This study investigates the therapeutic effects of RJA (purity 99.42%) on DSS-induced colitis in male C57BL/6J mice. Using high-throughput miRNA sequencing, we analyzed the miRNA expression profiles in mouse colon samples. The study revealed significant changes in miRNA expression in response to DSS and RJA treatments, identifying potential molecular mechanisms behind RJA's protective effects against DSS-induced colitis. Overall design: Study Type: High-throughput sequencing of miRNA. Organism: Mus musculus (C57BL/6J mice). Total Number of Samples: 9 Groups/Conditions: Control group (normal diet and water). DSS-treated group (2.5% DSS in drinking water). RJA group (2.5% DSS in drinking water + RJA treatment). Sample Source: colon samples from mice. Specific Focus: miRNA sequencing to analyze differential gene expression in response to DSS and RJA treatment.
