RNA-seq of skin of vehicle-treated, IMQ-treated, IMQ+rYopM-treated and IMQ+rYopM_LRR1-3 treated mice. Overall design: Daily application of imiquimod (IMQ) or vehicle cream over 7 days. From beginning of disease additionally s.c. injection of PBS, recombinant Yersinia outer protein M (rYopM) or the truncated version rYopM_LRR1-3 until end of experiment on a daily basis. rYopM_LRR1-3 is a truncated version of rYopM containing only the two N-terminal alpha-helices and the first three leucine rich repeats (LRR) of the protein.
