Aging is one of the risk factors for various maladies such as cognitive deficit and frailty, which are exacerbated under obesity. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the alteration in bone marrow and brain after long-term HFD in both young adult and aged mouse. Bone marrow and brain cells of 9-month old after 7-month CD (n=3) or HFD (n=3) and 18-month old C57BL/6 mice after 12-month CD (n=3) or HFD (n=3) were isolated and analyzed using scRNAseq.
