This collection consists of the clippings file holdings within the AFI Research Collection regarding Australian television shows. The clippings files are an integral part of the AFIRCs holdings (collected by the AFIRC since the 1970s) and are seen as a unique resource to track down hard to find writing on film and television industry, productions, and people. The Australian television show clippings collection are filed by television show heading and normally consist of newspaper articles, though some files include other ephemera (press kits, prospectus, publicity).
