This dataset presents the distribution patterns of Sphingomonadaceae in 10 soil and aquatic habitats, alongside OTU heatmap distribution data and phylogenetic tree data. The dataset includes the following data elements: Sphingomonadaceae genera, the percentage of each genus in the total bacterial count, OTU labels and sequencing reads, with a total of 1020 data records. The data corresponds to the year 2016 and was generated by the Department of Environmental Science, Zhejiang University.
