Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between skins of different breeds (inter-breed comparisons). The types of skin (Bsl, baseline; Str, stressed; Lar, larvae-infested; Nym, nymph-infested) are given for each comparison against the susceptible breed, as named across the sheets. DEGs were calculated using limma R package from Bioconductor software. The up- (positive values) or downregulation (negative values) shown are of expression of genes from skin of the resistant breed compared to susceptible and are displayed in “logFC” column. 本数据集包含不同品种皮肤间的差异表达基因（Differentially expressed genes, DEGs）比较数据，属于品种间比较范畴。针对每项以易感品种为对照的比较，各工作表均已标注对应的皮肤类型：Bsl（基线组）、Str（应激组）、Lar（幼虫侵染组）、Nym（若虫侵染组）。本数据集的差异表达基因通过生物导体（Bioconductor）软件套件中的limma R包计算得到。表格"logFC"列中展示的上调（正值）与下调（负值），为抗性品种皮肤基因相较于易感品种的表达量变化。（XLSX格式，232 KB）
