Quality of service survey August 2022 – Applications for building files

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire to detect the satisfaction of users using the online service requesting verifications and copies of building files, activated in May 2021 in accordance with the instructions of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, Art. 7(3) – as amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Art. 8(1)). The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after making the request for the certificate and allows him to express satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service.The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request. The results of the survey are published monthly on the page https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-trasparente/servizi-erogati/servizi-in-rete.
