The collection contains research data for the article 'Copper nitride/silver nanostructures synthesized via wet chemical reduction method for the oxygen reduction reaction'. The research was carried out as part of project No. 2021/41/N/ST5/04413, financed by the National Science Centre (Poland).The article presents the synthesis of silver-modified copper nitride nanostructures using oleylamine as a reducing and capping agent. The specimens were characterized using TEM, XRD, XPS, FT-IR, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and spectrofluorimetry methods. The Cu3N/Ag nanostructures mixed with graphene nanoplatelets (GNP) revealed electrocatalytic activity comparable to that of a commercial Pt/C electrode.
